This home utilizes insulation, radiant barrier, window placement and whole house fans to contribute to the home’s sustainability goals. Its flat roof design sets the tone for the clean and contemporary interior detailing and finishes. It was designed for a family of five who needed flexible spaces to accommodate growing children and frequent visitors. It features a Pool Bathroom that also serves as a Guest Bathroom, an open layout for the Living Areas, a joint Play/ Homework Area and a Laundry Room that also acts as a Mudroom.
